These terms explain who you are contracting with, what a care plan includes, how billing and renewal work, what we do not promise, and how to leave.
Hexring is a service of UFUQ ZAHL Management Consultancies L.L.C S.O.C, licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates under Trade License No. 1545127. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Hexring" mean that company. "You" means the person or business that buys a care plan. Buying a plan creates an agreement between you and us on these terms.
Hexring provides monthly and annual WordPress care plans. Each plan includes a recurring assessment of your website, ongoing monitoring, a written plain-English report, and the fixes and articles shown in the plan you select. The exact agreed scope is confirmed before work begins.
Fixes and content are delivered within the quotas of your selected plan. Work outside that scope (larger projects, redesigns, or anything beyond your plan's limits) is explained and quoted separately before it begins. Unused quota does not carry over to the next period.
Plans are billed in advance, in UAE dirhams (AED). Annual billing provides twelve months of service for the price of ten.
Care plans renew automatically. Unless you cancel, your plan continues and the payment method you saved at checkout is charged at the start of each new billing period (every month for monthly plans, every twelve months for annual plans) at the price then current for your plan. You receive a receipt for every payment.
Prices shown on our website and at checkout are exclusive of value added tax. UFUQ ZAHL Management Consultancies L.L.C S.O.C is not currently registered for VAT in the United Arab Emirates, so no VAT is charged on invoices issued today. If we become VAT-registered, VAT will be added to invoices issued from the date registration takes effect, and we will tell you before the first invoice that includes it. Because our prices are stated exclusive of tax, adding VAT is not a price increase.
We may change plan prices. A change applies only from your next renewal, never in the middle of a term you have already paid for, and we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before that renewal takes effect.
You can cancel at any time through the billing portal linked in your payment receipt, or by emailing service@hexring.ai.
Monthly plans end at the end of the month you have paid for. Annual plans continue to the end of the paid term and then stop. There are no partial-period refunds and no lock-ins beyond the period you have already paid for.
Your first payment is refundable in full within 7 days if no work has been delivered. After that, payments are non-refundable except where these terms or UAE law say otherwise. If we end your plan for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid term.
If a payment fails, we retry it and let you know. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may pause work on your site until it is resolved, and paused time is not added to the end of your term. If it remains unpaid after 30 days, we may end the plan.
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other commercial result. Rankings depend on your competitors, on search engines, and on time, none of which we control. What we commit to is the work in your plan: the assessments, the monitoring, the fixes within scope, the articles, and the reporting.
We also do not promise that your website will never go down, never be attacked, or never contain a vulnerability. Monitoring reduces risk and shortens response time. It does not remove risk.
You are responsible for providing authorised access and accurate information, and you confirm that you are entitled to grant us access to the website you ask us to work on. We use access only within the agreed scope, and each site is paired with its own credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your website. We may take our own working backups, but they are not a substitute for yours.
Articles and other content we write for you become yours once the invoice covering them is paid. Reports we produce are provided for your use inside your business. The Hexring connector, our assessment engine, our scoring model, and our report formats remain ours; buying a plan does not transfer any rights in them.
We treat your credentials, site data, and audit findings as confidential, and we use them only to deliver the service. We may describe our work in general terms, but we will not identify you as a client publicly without your permission.
We may suspend or end a plan if payment remains unresolved, if the access we need is withdrawn so that we cannot deliver the service, or if the website is used for unlawful purposes or in a way that puts our systems or other clients at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we give no other warranty, express or implied.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected plan in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of the United Arab Emirates, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it takes effect if you do not accept it. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the effective date shown above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
